1मूर्खों की संगति ना करना !
2बुद्धिमानों की संगति करना ॥
3 शीलवानो की संगति करना ॥
4 अनुकूल स्थानों में निवास करना ॥
5 कुशल कर्मों का संचय करना ॥
6 कुशल कर्मों में लग जाना ॥
7 अधिकतम ज्ञान का संचय करना ॥
8 तकनीकी विद्या अर्थात शिल्प सीखना ॥
9 व्यवहार कुशल एवं विनम्र होना ॥
10 विवेकवान होना ॥
11 सुंदर वक्ता होना ॥
12 माता पिता की सेवा करना ॥
13 पुत्र स्त्री का पालन पोषण करना
14 अकुशल कर्मों को ना करना ॥
15 बिना किसी अपेक्षाके दान देना ॥
16 धम्म का आचरण करना ॥
17 सगे सम्बंधियों का आदर सत्कार करना ॥
18 कल्याणकारी कार्य करना ॥
19 मन, शरीर तथा वचन से परपीड़क कार्य ना करना ॥
20 नशीली पदार्थों का सेवन ना करना ॥
21 धम्म के कार्यों में तत्पर रहना ॥
22 गौरवशाली व्यक्तित्व बनाए रखना ॥
23 विनम्रता बनाए रखना ॥
24 पूर्ण रूप से संतुष्ट होना अर्थात तृप्त होना ॥
25 कृतज्ञता कायम रखना ॥
26 समय समय पर धम्म चर्चा करना ।।
27 क्षमाशील होना ॥
28 आज्ञाकारी होना ॥
29 भिक्षुओ, शीलवान लोगों का दर्शन करना ॥
30 मन को एकाग्र करना ॥
31 मन को निर्मल करना ॥
32 सतत जागरूकता बनाए रखना ।।
33 पाँच शीलों का पालन करना ॥
34 चार आर्य सत्यों का दर्शन करना ।।
35आर्य अाष्टांगिक मार्ग पर चलना ॥
36 निर्वाण का साक्षात्कार करना ॥
37 लोक धम्म लाभ हानि ,यश अपयश ,सुख दुख ,जय पराजय से विचलित ना होना ॥
38 शोक रहित ,निर्मल एवम निर्भय होना ॥

8 Technical Lore i.e. Learning Crafts |
9 Behaviour to be efficient and polite.
10 to be prudent.
11 to be a beautiful speaker.
12 Serving parents.
13 Rearing the Son Woman
14 Do not do unskilled deeds.
15 donate without any expectations.
16 Conduct of Dhamm.
17 To respect relatives.
18 To do welfare work.
19 Do not do sadistic work with mind, body and word.
20 Not consuming drugs.
21 To be ready in the work of Dhamm.
22 Maintaining a glorious personality.
23 Maintain humility.
24 to be fully satisfied i.e. to be satisfied.
25 Maintaining gratitude.
26 To discuss Dhamm from time to time.
27 Be forgiving.
28 Be obedient.
29 Monks, to visit urbane people.
30 To concentrate the mind.
31 To make the mind clean.
32. Maintaining continuous awareness.
33 Adherence to five modesties.
34 To visit the four Arya truths.
35Arya to walk on the aistangic path.
36 Interviewing Nirvana |
