वोट के अधिकार
1 :- जब दो वोट के अधिकार के लिए बाबा साहब लंदन में अंग्रेजों से लड़ रहे थे।
तो उस समय मो० अली जिन्ना और सर आगार खां नाम के दो मुसलमान भाइयो ने बाबा साहब का साथ दिया था।
2 :- जब ज्योतिबा फुले हमारे लिए पहली बार स्कूल खोल रहे थे तब उस समय उस्मान शेख नाम के मुसलमान भाई ज्योतिबा फुले को जमीन दिया था।
3 :- माता सावित्री बाई फुले को उस्मान शेख की बहन फातिमा शेख ने सावित्री बाई फुले का साथ दिया और पहली शिक्षिका भी हुई।
4 :- जब बाबा साहब हमें पानी दिलाने के लिए सत्यग्रह कर रहे थे तो उस सत्यग्रह को करने के लिए जमीन मुसलमान भाइयों ने दिया था।
5 :- बाबा साहब को संविधान लिखने के लिए संविधान सभा में नहीं जाने दिया जा रहा था, तब बंगाल के 48% मुसलमान भाइयों ने ही बाबा साहब को चुनकर संविधान में भेजा था।
खुद हमारे अपने लोगो ने वोट नही दिया था बाबा साहब को। हमारा दुश्मन मुसलमान नही है।
हमारा दुश्मन वो है जो हमको साफ पानी पीने से रोक कर रखा ।
हमारा दुश्मन वो है जो हमारे गले में मटका और कमर में झाड़ू बांधने के लिए मजबूर किया।
हमारा दुश्मन वो है जो हमको हजारों सालों से शिक्षा से दूर रखा।
हमारा दुश्मन वो है जो हम 85% भाइयो को 6743 जातियों में बाँट दिया।
हमारा दुश्मन मुसलमान है इस तरह के बहकावे में मत आओ।
अगर मुसलमान इस देश का दुश्मन होता तो,
अकबर का सेनापति मानसिंह एक हिन्दू, और
महाराणा प्रताप का सेनापति हकीम खां एक मुसलमान नहीं होता।
खतरा इस देश को नहीं, खतरा कुर्सी को है, इसलिए इस तरह से हिन्दू और मुसलमान को भड़काया जा रहा है।
अगर आप अभी नहीं जागे तो सरकार यह व्यवस्था करने जा रही है, आपके सामने थाली तो रखी जायेगी और उसमें भोजन भी रखा जायेगा, लेकिन आपका हाथ और मुँह बांध दिया जायेगा।
खाना आपके सामने रखा है आप लार तो टपकाओगे लेकिन खाना आपको मिलने वाला नहीं है।
इसलिए अगर चाहते हो कि मुँह पर लगाम न लगे तो, आप अपनी जिम्मेदारी को समझे और समाज को जगाने और संगठित करने का काम करिये।
वो दिन - रात काम कर रहें हैं संविधान को खत्म करने के लिए, क्या आप इतना busy हो गए हैं कि आपके पास समय नहीं है।
कम से कम एक या दो घण्टे का समय दीजिए उनके बीच में जाइये।
यह मत सोचिए कि हमें कोई 100 - 200 देगा या 100 - 200 का तेल भरवायेगा तब हम चलेंगे।
क्यों की बाबा साहब ने किसी से यह नहीं कहा था कि मेरे बीबी बच्चे भूखे मर रहे है।
उसके लिए मुझे पैसे दो तो मैं समाज के लिए काम करूंगा। इसलिए संगठित हो जाइए।
अन्यथा सोचने का वक्त भी नही मिलेगा।

BBAU बाबासाहेब भीमराव अंबेडकर विश्वविद्यालय, लखनऊ (केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय) में B.A., M.A., B.SC.,M.A.,B.ED., M.SC., B.COM. LLB, LLM, Certificate Course और M.PHIL.- P.HD. प्रवेश 2020-21 के लिए आवेदन 27 मई से प्रारम्भ हो रहे है।
नोट:-BBAU में SC/ST के छात्रों के लिए 50% आरक्षित सीटे है। बहुजन समाज के लोगो से अनुरोध है अधिक से अधिक जानकारी बहुजन छात्रों तक पहुंचाए जिससे इस केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय से सस्ती उच्चशिक्षा ग्रहण कर सके। और SC/ST की 50% सीटे रिक्त न हो।
मनुवादी पूर्व कुलपति प्रो सोबती और अन्य सैकङो मनुवादी प्रोफेसर लोग 2013 से तो हमेशा षड्यंत्र करके वर्ष से SC/ST 50% सीटें फूल नही हो पा रही है। रिक्त सीटें का ब्यौरा ले जाकर कोर्ट में 50% आरक्षण हटवाने की मांग कर रहे हैं। विश्वविद्यालय के मनुवादी प्रोफेसर लोग 2001 से अबतक 5 बार कोर्ट जा चुके हैं 50% आरक्षण हटाने के लिये। लेकिन बहुजन प्रोफेसर और छात्रों के संघर्ष से मनुवादियो को घुटने टिका दिया।
इसलिए इस विवि में अधिक से अधिक बहुजन समाज के छात्रों को प्रवेश लेना होगा। तभी 50 % आरक्षण बचेगा।

लटका विद्यालय पर ताला !
सरकारों को खूब भा रही ,
धन बरसाती मधुशाला !!
डिस्टेंसिंग की ऐसी तैसी ,
लाकडाउन को धो डाला !
भक्तों के व्याकुल हृदयों पर
रस बरसाती मधुशाला ।।
बन्द रहेंगे मंदिर मस्ज़िद ,
खुली रहेंगी मधुशाला।
ये कैसे महामारी है ,
सोच रहा ऊपरवाला।।
नशा मुक्त हो जाता भारत
तो कैसे चलती मधुशाला
व्यवसाय रुका है उन गरीबों का,
जो नोट की जपते थे माला।।
नहीं मिल रहा राशन पानी,
मगर मिलेगी मधुशाला।
भाड़ में जाए जनता बेचारी,
दर्द में है पीने वाला।।
आपत्ति नहीं जताओ कोई,
खुलने दो ये मधुशाला।

1 :- जब दो वोट के अधिकार के लिए बाबा साहब लंदन में अंग्रेजों से लड़ रहे थे।
तो उस समय मो० अली जिन्ना और सर आगार खां नाम के दो मुसलमान भाइयो ने बाबा साहब का साथ दिया था।
2 :- जब ज्योतिबा फुले हमारे लिए पहली बार स्कूल खोल रहे थे तब उस समय उस्मान शेख नाम के मुसलमान भाई ज्योतिबा फुले को जमीन दिया था।
3 :- माता सावित्री बाई फुले को उस्मान शेख की बहन फातिमा शेख ने सावित्री बाई फुले का साथ दिया और पहली शिक्षिका भी हुई।
4 :- जब बाबा साहब हमें पानी दिलाने के लिए सत्यग्रह कर रहे थे तो उस सत्यग्रह को करने के लिए जमीन मुसलमान भाइयों ने दिया था।
5 :- बाबा साहब को संविधान लिखने के लिए संविधान सभा में नहीं जाने दिया जा रहा था, तब बंगाल के 48% मुसलमान भाइयों ने ही बाबा साहब को चुनकर संविधान में भेजा था।
खुद हमारे अपने लोगो ने वोट नही दिया था बाबा साहब को। हमारा दुश्मन मुसलमान नही है।
हमारा दुश्मन वो है जो हमको साफ पानी पीने से रोक कर रखा ।
हमारा दुश्मन वो है जो हमारे गले में मटका और कमर में झाड़ू बांधने के लिए मजबूर किया।
हमारा दुश्मन वो है जो हमको हजारों सालों से शिक्षा से दूर रखा।
हमारा दुश्मन वो है जो हम 85% भाइयो को 6743 जातियों में बाँट दिया।
हमारा दुश्मन मुसलमान है इस तरह के बहकावे में मत आओ।
अगर मुसलमान इस देश का दुश्मन होता तो,
अकबर का सेनापति मानसिंह एक हिन्दू, और
महाराणा प्रताप का सेनापति हकीम खां एक मुसलमान नहीं होता।
खतरा इस देश को नहीं, खतरा कुर्सी को है, इसलिए इस तरह से हिन्दू और मुसलमान को भड़काया जा रहा है।
अगर आप अभी नहीं जागे तो सरकार यह व्यवस्था करने जा रही है, आपके सामने थाली तो रखी जायेगी और उसमें भोजन भी रखा जायेगा, लेकिन आपका हाथ और मुँह बांध दिया जायेगा।
खाना आपके सामने रखा है आप लार तो टपकाओगे लेकिन खाना आपको मिलने वाला नहीं है।
इसलिए अगर चाहते हो कि मुँह पर लगाम न लगे तो, आप अपनी जिम्मेदारी को समझे और समाज को जगाने और संगठित करने का काम करिये।
वो दिन - रात काम कर रहें हैं संविधान को खत्म करने के लिए, क्या आप इतना busy हो गए हैं कि आपके पास समय नहीं है।
कम से कम एक या दो घण्टे का समय दीजिए उनके बीच में जाइये।
यह मत सोचिए कि हमें कोई 100 - 200 देगा या 100 - 200 का तेल भरवायेगा तब हम चलेंगे।
क्यों की बाबा साहब ने किसी से यह नहीं कहा था कि मेरे बीबी बच्चे भूखे मर रहे है।
उसके लिए मुझे पैसे दो तो मैं समाज के लिए काम करूंगा। इसलिए संगठित हो जाइए।
अन्यथा सोचने का वक्त भी नही मिलेगा।

क्या तुम मुझे नदी पार करा सकते हो मेरे बिल में पानी भर गया है ?
कछुवा राजी हो जाता है तथा चूहे को अपनी पीठ पर बैठा लेता है
तभी एक बिच्छु भी बिल से बाहर आता है
कहता है मुझे भी पार जाना है मुझे भी ले चलो
चूहा बोला मत बिठाओ ये जहरीला है ये मुझे काट लेगा
तभी समय की नजाकत को भांपकर बिच्छू बड़ी विनम्रता से कसम खाकर प्रेम प्रदर्शित करते हुए कहता है भाई कसम से नही काटूंगा बस मुझे भी ले चलो।
कछुआ चूहे और बिच्छू को ले तैरने लगता है
तभी बीच रास्ते मे बिच्छू चूहे को काट लेता है
चूहा चिल्लाकर कछुए से बोलता है "मित्र इसने मुझे काट लिया अब मैं नही बचूंगा।
थोड़ी देर बाद उस बिच्छू ने कछुवे को भी डंक मार दिया। कछुवा मजबूर था जब तक किनारे पहुंचा चूहा मर चुका था।।
कछुआ बोला
"मैं तो इंसानियत से मजबूर था तुम्हे बीच मे नही डुबोया"
मगर तुमने मुझे क्यों काट लिया ?
बिच्छु उसकी पीठ से उतरकर जाते जाते बोला "मूर्ख तुम जानते नही मेरा तो धर्म ही है डंक मारना चाहे कोई भी हो।"
गलती तुम्हारी है जो तुमने मुझ पर विश्वास किया।
ठीक इसी तरह हमारे लोगों ने भी नदी पार करवाने के लिए कुछ बिच्छुओं को पीठ पर बिठा लिया है।
वे लगातार डंक मार रहे है हमारे लोगो को अगल कर रहे है और हमारी सारी ताकत को खत्म कर रहे है।
फलस्वरूप
हर रोज बेचारे निर्दोष बहुजन मर रहे हैं।
गहन विचार कीजिए अपनी आने वाली पीढ़ियों को ताकतवर बनाने के लिए खुद कार्य कीजिए और ज्यादा कुछ नहीं कर सकते तो बस ऐसे मैसेजो को बहुजनो तक पहुंचने का कार्य ही कर दीजिए ये भी एक योगदान ही होगा।।

शासन के छह साल
शासन के छह साल, बेमिसाल-
(पढ़ते जाइए, आँखें खुलती चली जाएँगी)
सन 2014 से पहले तक इतिहास का वो दौर था जब 'हम भारत के लोग "बहुत दुखी" थे।
एक तरफ तो फैक्ट्रियों मे काम चल रहा था और कामगार काम से दुखी थे अपनी मिलने वाली पगार से दुखी थे।
सरकारी बाबू की तन्ख्वाह समय समय पर आने वाले वेतन आयोगों से बढ रही थी। हर छ महीने साल भर मे 10% तक के मंहगाई भत्ते मिल रहे थे नौकरियां खुली हुईं थीं। अमीर, गरीब, सवर्ण, दलित, हिन्दू, मुस्लिम, सिख, ईसाई सबके लिये यूपीएससी था, एसएससी था, रेलवे थी, बैंक की नौकरियां थीं।
प्राईवेट सेक्टर उफान पर था। मल्टी नेशनल कम्पनियां आ रहीं थी जाॅब दे रहीं थीं।
हर छोटे बडे शहर मे ऑडी और जगुआर जैसी कारों के शो रूम खुल रहे थे।
हर घर मे एक से लेकर तीन चार तक अलग अलग माॅडलो की कारें हो रही थीं। प्रॉपर्टी मे बूम था। नोयडा से लेकर पुणे, बंगलौर तक, कलकत्ता से बम्बई तक फ्लैटों की मारा-मारी मची हुई थी। महंगे बिकते थे फ़िर भी बुकिंग कई सालों की थी।
मतलब हर तरफ, हर जगह अथाह दुख ही दुख पसरा हुआ था।
लोग नौकरी मिलने से, तन्ख्वाह, पेन्शन और मंहगाई भत्ता मिलने से दुखी थे।
प्राईवेट सेक्टर, आई टी सेक्टर में मिलने वाले लाखों के पैकेज से लोग दुखी थे।
कारों से, प्रॉपर्टी से, शान्ति से बहुत लोग दुखी थे।
फिर क्या था?
प्रभु से भारत की जनता का यह दुख देखा न गया।
तब 'अच्छे दिन' का एक वेदमंत्र लेकर भारत की पवित्र भूमि पर अवतारी का अवतरण हुआ।
भये प्रकट कृपाला दीन दयाला।
जनता ने कहा -
कीजे प्रभु लीला,अति प्रियशीला।
प्रभु ने चमत्कार दिखाने आरम्भ किये।
जनता चमत्कृत हो कर देखती रही।
लगभग 10 फ़ीसदी की रफ़्तार से चलनें वाली तीव्र अर्थव्यवस्था को शून्य पर पहुंचाया प्रभु ने और इसके लिए रात दिन अथक प्रयास किये।
विदेशों से कालाधन लानें के बजाए जनता का बाप दादाओं का खज़ाना खाली करवा दिया क्योंकि जनता ही चोर निकली। सारा कालाधन छिपाए बैठी थी और प्रभु तो सर्वज्ञानी हैं।
एक ही झटके में खेल दिया मास्टरस्ट्रोक। इस ऐतिहासिक लीला को नोटबन्दी का नाम दिया गया।
तमाम संवैधानिक संस्थायें रेलवे, एअरपोर्ट, दूरसंचार, बैंक, AIIMS, IIT, ISRO, CBI, RAW, BSNL, MTNL, NTPC, POWER GRID , ONGC, आदि जो नेहरू और इंदिरा नाम के क्रूर शासकों ने बनायीं थीं उनको ध्वंस किया और उन्हें संविधान, कानून और नैतिकता के पंजे से मुक्त किया।
रिजर्व बैंक नाम की एक ऐसी ही संस्था थी जो जनता के पैसों पर किसी नाग की भाँति कुन्डली मार कर बैठी रहती थी। प्रभु ने उसका तमाम पैसा, जिसे जनता अपना समझने की भूल करती थी, तमाम प्रयासों से बाहर निकाल कर उस रिजर्व बैंक को पैसों के भार से मुक्त किया।
प्रजा को इन सब कार्यवाहियों से बड़ा आनन्द मिला और करतल ध्वनि से जनता ने आभार व्यक्त किया और प्रभु के गुणगान में लग गयी।
प्रभु ने ऐसे अनेक लोकोपकारी काम किये जैसे सरकारी नौकरियां खत्म करने का पूर्ण प्रयास, बिना यूपीएससी सीधा उपसचिव, संयुक्त सचिव नियुक्त करना, बड़े बड़े पदों पर मनमानी नियुक्तियां, ईमानदारी से काम करने वाले को सेवा निवृत्त, मंहगाई भत्ता रोकना, आदि।
पहले सरकारी कर्मचारी वेतन आयोगों मे 30 से 40% तक की वृद्धि से दुखी रहते थे। फिर सातवें वेतन आयोग में जब मात्र 13% की वृद्धि ही मिली तब जा के कहीं सरकारी कर्मचारियों को संतुष्टि मिली वरना पहले के क्रूर शासक तो कर्मचारियों को तनख्वाह में बढोतरी और मंहगाई भत्ता की मद मे पैसे दे-देकर बिगाड़ रहा था।

रेलगाड़ी और हवाई जहाज जैसी विदेशी म्लेच्छो के साधन छोड़कर लोग पैदल ही सैकड़ों हजारो मील की यात्रा पर निकल पड़े।
फैक्ट्रियां, दुकानें सब बंद कर दी गयी। कामगारों को नौकरियों से निजात दे दी गयी सबको गुलामों और घोड़ों की तरह मुँह पर पट्टा बाधना अनिवार्य किया गया, जो लोग 2014 के पहले के तमाम लौकिक सुखों से दुखी थे उनमें प्रसन्नता का सागर हिलोरे मारने लगा।
सर्वत्र स्वराज छा गया।
जनता जो 2014 से पहले आत्मनिर्भर थी, किसी सरकार की मोहताज नहीं थी, स्वावलंबी थी उसे सड़को, पटरियों, पगडंडियों पर चलाकर गावों में पैदल पैदल पहुंचा दिया। प्रभु की लीला तो देखिए, जो गर्भवती महिला पहले डॉक्टर के कहनें पर घर में पड़ी हुई रोटियां तोड़ती थी उन महिलाओं का ऐसा सशक्तिकरण कर दिया प्रभु ने कि वे ख़ुद ही सड़क किनारे बच्चे को जन्म देकर 160 किलोमीटर तक दौड़ रही हैं। ऐसा चमत्कार प्रभु कोई नहीं कर पाया।
आपनें तो छोटे छोटे बच्चों को भी सशक्त और आत्मनिर्भर बना दिया है। हज़ारों, लाखों बच्चों को भी सड़कों पर अपनें माता पिता के साथ पैदल चलते देखा जा सकता है। कुछ बच्चे तो अपनें छोटे छोटे पैरों से रिक्शा चलाकर परिवार को ढ़ोने में खुशी पा रहे हैं। आप धन्य हैं प्रभु।
ग़रीबों की प्रभु को इतनी चिंता और फ़िक्र है कि देश का सारा खज़ाना उन पर न्यौछावर कर दिया।
20 लाख करोड़ रुपये अमीरों को दे दिए प्रभु ने ताक़ि ये अमीर जीवनभर ग़रीबों को ग़ुलाम बनाकर रखें। धन्यवाद प्रभु।

आजादी के बाद यह शायद पहला मौका है, जब परदेसी परिजनों का स्वदेश लौटना इस कदर मातमी महसूस हो रहा है। वरना एनआरआई का जिक्र छिड़ते ही लोगों की आंखों में खास चमक आ जाती थी। परदेस से चिट्ठी का आना तो अब गुजरे जमाने की बात है ही, जो मेल या मैसेज आ रहे हैं, वो अच्छे-भलों को घर बैठाने के ज्यादा हैं। वो भी बगैर भेदभाव के। क्योंकि कोरोना ने लोगों की जानों से कई गुना ज्यादा इंसानी जाॅब्स को छीन लिया है। विदेश में कमाने की सारी अकड़ उसने निकाल कर रख दी है। जो ‘कृष्ण’ की तरह मथुरा छोड़ गए थे, वो ‘सुदामा’ की माफिक घर को लौटने पर मजबूर हैं। देश में करोड़ों प्रवासी मजदूरों की काम गंवाने के कारण घर वापसी तो एक झलक भर है। जब लाॅक डाउन का ये ढक्कन खुलेगा, तब असली हकीकत सामने आना शुरू होगी। क्योंकि ‘सेंटर फाॅर माॅनिटरिंग इंडियन इकानामी’ ( सीएमआईई) की ताजा रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक अकेले अप्रैल 2020 में ही भारत में 9 करोड़ 10 लाख लोग नौकरिया गंवाकर घर बैठ गए हैं। इनमें भी 2 करोड़ 70 लाख वो युवा हैं,जिनकी उम्र 20 वर्ष के आसपास है। सीएमआईई ने इसे ‘नौकरियों का रक्तस्नान’ कहा है। इनमें छोटा- मोटा काम करने वालों से लेकर मोटी तनख्वाोह पाने वाले कर्मचारी व एक्जीक्युटिव भी शामिल हैं। आलम यह है कि बड़ी- बड़ी कंपनियां भी मात्र एक ई-मेल ठोक कर कर्मचारियों की छुट्टी कर रही हैं। भारत से भी ज्यादा बुरी स्थिति विदेशों में काम करने वाले उन प्रवासी भारतीयों की है, जो वर्क परमिट या वीजा पर कमाने के लिए परदेस गए थे। ज्यादातर देशों ने इन्हें भारत भेज दिया है या फिर उसकी तैयारी है। यानी जो हाथ कमाने के लिए गए थे, वो खाली होकर लौट रहे हैं। इनमें में ज्यादातर निकट भविष्य में वापस काम पर लौट पाएंगे, इसकी कोई गारंटी नहीं है।
अमेरिका तो भारतीयों के लिए ‘सपनों का देश’ रहा है। अवसरों के लिए, तरक्की के लिए और अच्छी कमाई के लिए भी। लेकिन हालात वहां भी डरावने हैं। इस स्तम्भ के एक नियमित पाठक अनिल निगुडकर ने एक पोस्ट मुझे भेजी है, जो उस पिता ने लिखी है, जिसके दो बेटे अमेरिका में ‘सेटल्ड’ हैं। कोरोना संकट में उन दोनो की नौकरियां तो अभी बची हुई हैं, लेकिन बाकी हजारों प्रवासी भारतीयों की हालत क्या है, उसका पता इस पोस्ट से चलता है। इसके मुताबिक ट्रंप सरकार ने उन तमाम आप्रवासी भारतीयों को अमेरिका छोड़ने के लिए कह दिया है, जिनके कोरोना के कारण जाॅब जा चुके हैं। इनमें कई ऐसे हैं, जो अधेड़ावस्था में हैं। अमेरिका में करीब 19 लाख भारतीय रहते हैं, जिनमे से 6 लाख के पास एच वन बी वीजा कार्ड हैं। 2 लाख 27 हजार इस कार्ड को पाने की लाइन में हैं तथा ढाई लाख विद्यार्थी भी पढ़ाई के लिए अमेरिका में रहते हैं।
कह गया दिया है। अब वे क्या करें? माता-पिता के पास अभी भी भारतीय पासपोर्ट हैं। इस बारे में अमेरिकी सरकार का कहना है कि वे अपने बच्चों को यहीं छोड़ जाएं। सरकार उन्हें शेल्टर होम्स में पालेगी। दूसपोस्ट के मुताबिक सबसे ज्यादा मुसीबत उन परिवारों की हैं, जिनके बच्चे अमेरिका में जन्में हैं। इस कारण उन्हें तो जन्मत: अमेरिका की नागरिकता मिल गई है, लेकिन इन बच्चों के माता-पिता को अमेरिका छोड़ने के लिएरी तरफ भारत सरकार ने इन बच्चों को अपने यहां लेने से इंकार कर िदया है, क्योंकि वे भारतीय नागरिक नहीं हैं। यानी इधर कुआं तो उधर खाई। सभी प्रवासी भारतीयों का वहां से लौटना इतना आसान भी नहीं है, क्योंकि हजारों लोगो ने अच्छी कमाई के चलते वहां बैंकों से भारी कर्जे ले रखे हैं। बिना कर्ज चुकाए देश छोड़ने की अनुमति भी नहीं मिलेगी। नौकरियां जाने से खुद अमेरिका में लूटमार शुरू हो गई है। इसी संदर्भ में ताजा खबर यह है कि अमेरिका में 30 हजार भारतीय छात्र ह्यूस्टन में फंसे पड़े हैं, जो स्वदेश लौटना चाहते हैं। केवल वो भारतीय जरूर सुरक्षित हैं, जो पहले ही अमेरिका की नागरिकता ले चुके हैं।
हो सकता है कि यह परिस्थिति का अतिरंजित बयान हो, लेकिन दूसरे देशो में भी हालात कमोबेश ऐसे ही हैं। सउदी अरब में करीब 14 लाख भारतीय थे। इनमें से कई को वापस जाने के लिए वहां की सरकार ने कह दिया है। क्योंकि सउदी की आर्थिक हालत पतली है और अब उसने ज्यादातर नौकरियां केवल सउदी नागरिकों को ही देना तय कर लिया है। ब्रिटेन में लगभग 14 लाख भारतीय हैं, इनमें भी कई के सामने बेरोजगारी का संकट है। यूएई अपने यहां से डेढ़ लाख भारतीयों को वापस लौटा रहा है। यही स्थिति अोमान की भी है। कुलमिलाकर आज हर देश केवल अपने और अपने नागरिकों के हितों के बारे में ही सोच रहा है। उसमें विदेशियों के लिए जगह बहुत कम है। कोरोना ने ग्लोबलाइजेशन की पुंगी बजा दी है। मोदी सरकार दुनिया के कई देशों से भारतीयों को मुफ्त। में अथवा किराए से वापस ला रही है। क्योंकि ऐसा करना उसकी भी मजबूरी है। लेकिन इन लोगों का ‘घर आया मेरा परदेसी’ की तरह लौटना अभी अच्छाा भले लग रहा हो, लेकिन कल तक करोड़ों डाॅलर भारत भेजने वाले ये तमाम लोग देश की अर्थव्यवस्था पर बोझ ही साबित होने वाले हैं। इससे कई मानसिक तनाव भी पैदा होंगे।
कमाऊ आप्रवासी भारतीयों की स्वदेश वापसी का सबसे प्रतिकूल असर भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था पर पड़ेगा, क्योंकि ये एनआरआई अपनी कमाई का बड़ा हिस्सा विदेशी मुद्रा के रूप में भारत भेजते थे। हर साल मोटे तौर पर देश की जीडीपी का ढाई प्रतिशत हिस्सा इसी रास्ते से आता रहा है। वर्ष 2018 में एनआरआई ने 79 अरब डाॅलर भारत भेजे थे। यह आंकड़ा हर साल बढ़ ही रहा था, लेकिन अब इस पर ब्रेक लगना तय है। जिसका सीधा असर देश के विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार पर पड़ेगा। साथ ही जो लोग विदेशों में ऊंची तनख्वाहों पर काम करते थे, उन्हें अपने देश में वैसा काम और वेतन मिलना बहुत मुश्किल है। और यहां भी बेरोजगारी कौन सी कम है?
संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक दुनिया के तमाम देशों में पौने दो करोड़ प्रवासी भारतीय रहते हैं। जो विश्व में सबसे ज्यादा है। इनमें से ज्यादातर काम और बेहतर अवसरों की तलाश में वहां गए थे। कई ने सम्बन्धित देशों की नागरिकता भी ले ली है। लेकिन जो किसी परमिट अथवा वीजा पर वहां टिके हैं, उनकी उल्टी गिनती शुरू हो चुकी है।
आज भारत में ‘स्वदेशी राग’ हम सबको सुहा रहा है। काम भी भारतीय, दाम भी भारतीय। लोग भी भारतीय, भोग भी भारतीय। यानी सब कुछ ‘आत्मनिर्भरता’ में पगा हुआ। आत्मनिर्भर होना अच्छी बात है। लेकिन यही धुन अब सभी देशों में बज रही है। जो लोग बेहतर कमाई और अवसरों की वजह से परदेस चले गए थे, उन्हें यही राग अब मातमी धुन की तरह लग रहा है। सोचिए कि हर देश आत्मकेन्द्रित और आत्मनिर्भर होगा तो वहां गैरों अथवा आप्रवासियों के लिए कौन सी जगह होगी? जब विेदेशों में बेहतर जिंदगी जीने वाले लाखों भारतीय भारत लौटने लगेंगे तो उनके लिए यहां काम और कमाई के रास्ते क्या होंगे? और जब घर के बेरोजगार और आयातित बेरोजगारों में टकराव की स्थिति बनेगी तो सरकार का पलडा किस अोर झुकेगा? सरकार भी पैकेजों के डिटेल तो दे रही है, लेकिन लाॅक डाउन के दो माह में कितनों के जाॅब लाॅक हो गए, इसकी कोई अधिकृत जानकारी नहीं दी जा रही है। ये आंकड़े इस वक्त एकत्र करना भी कठिन है। क्योंकि असंगठित क्षेत्र में मजदूरी, छोटा मोटा-काम और दीगर व्यवसाय करने वालों की संख्याठ इतनी बड़ी है कि उन्हें समझ ही नहीं आ रहा कि वो किससे डरे कोरोना से या बेकारी के अंधेरे से?

रोज की तरह मैं सुबह घूमने निकला ।अचानक एक विचित्र जंतु को देखा। कोतुहल बस में उसके पास जाने लगा। उस जंतु ने मुझे सावधान कर दूर रहकर बात करने को कहा । उसकी आवाज मुझे गंभीर और भयावय लगी । मैंने उसका आदेश स्वीकार किया , दूर खड़ा रहकर मैंने उसका परिचय लेना ही उचित समझा । मेरे शब्दों में उसके प्रति निवेदन था ।अपनी विवसता भरी आवाज से उसका परिचय पूछा?
'मेरा नाम कोरोना है।' बस उसके इतने कहने पर मैं अपने मार्ग में तेज गति से घर आने के लिए बढ़ने लगा। तेज बढ़ता देख उसने मुझसे पूरा परिचय लेने को कहा? पर साथ ही उसने मुझे पुनः सतर्क किया। मुझसे दूर रहकर ही बात करो वरना सही वापस नहीं जा पाओगे। मैंने तुम्हें अपना नाम कोरोना बताया, यह नाम तुम्हारे जैसे मानव ने ही मुझे दिया है। कोरोना तुम तो अति सूक्ष्म हो हम जैसे मानव को तुम्हें सूक्ष्मदर्शी से देखना पड़ता है तब कहीं तुम मुश्किल से दिखाई देते हो।
हां मैं अति सूक्ष्म हूं। अभी-अभी तो विस्तार कर रहा हूं ,हे मानव!मैंने मेरे इतने से विस्तार में तुम्हारी अच्छी बनी बनाई दुनिया को लाक डाउन कर दिया ।तुमने पूछा नहीं यह सब मैंने क्यों किया? मैंने नम्रता भरी आवाज से कहा ,बताओ ना भाई!
हे मानव तुम बहुत दिनों से ढिंढोरा पीठ रहे थे हम बहुत विकसित हो गए हैं। तुमने एक दूसरे को नीचे दिखाने के लिए एटम बम बड़े-बड़े आधुनिक अणु परमाणु बम बना रखा है, एक दूसरे को नीचा दिखाने के लिए धमकी देते फिरते हो कि कुछ पलों में ही दुनिया का संहार कर डालेंगे। सुना है तुमने ही मेरे जैसे सूक्ष्म विषाक्त जीवो को बनाकर एक दूसरे को मारने के लिए हथियार का काम करते हो। अपने को ज्यादा ही विकसित करने के लिए बड़े-बड़े कल कारखाने से चौबीसों घंटे धुआं उगलाते हो ,सारा वायुमंडल प्रदूषित कर रखे हो, अपने भोजन में हमेशा प्रकृति के बनाए प्राणियों का उपयोग करते हो ,अच्छा भला बना बनाया पर्यावरण दूषित कर रहे हो, बड़ी-बड़ी नदियां तुम्हारे द्वारा की जाने वाली गंदगियों से नष्ट हो रही है ,बड़े-बड़े पहाड़ों को नष्ट कर उनकी गरिमा गिरा रहे हो, और वेहिसाब प्रकृति का दोहन निरंतर किए जा रहे हो। अब मेरे पास समय कम है। बस मैं इतना ही कहना चाहता हूं कि अपने इस प्रकृति विरोधी विकास को बंद करो! रासायनिक हथियारों की होड़ खत्म करो ! प्रकृति के जीवो को भोजन ना बनाकर शुद्ध शाकाहार करो! अपनी जनसंख्या वृद्धि पर रोग लगाओ! प्रकृति का संतुलन बनाओ वरना अगर यह काम स्वयं प्रकृति ने करना शुरू किया तो जब प्रकृति के मुझ जैसे अकेले, अदृश्य और अतिसूक्ष्म जीवरूपी हथियार ने तुम्हारी सुविकसित सभ्यता को तहस-नहस कर दिया है तो कल्पना करो की जब प्रकृति मुझसे भी विकराल अपने अन्य हथियार का प्रयोग करेगी तो क्या आप उसका सामना कर सकोगे ?

2 पहले हम एक दिन पुराना. घड़े का पानी नहीं पीते थे अब तीन माह पुराना बोतल का पानी बीस रू लीटर खरीद कर पी रहे हैं।
3 पचास रू लीटर का दूध हमे महंगा लगता हैं और सत्तर रू लीटर का दो महीने पहले बना हुआ कोल्ड ड्रिंक हम पी लेते हैं।
4 दो सौ रू पाव मिलने वाला शरीर को ताकत देने वाला ड्राई फ्रुट हमे महंगा लगता है मगर 400 रू का मैदे से बना पीज्जा शान से खा रहे हैं।
5 अपनी रसोई का सुबह का खाना हम शाम को खाना पसंद नहीं करते जब कि कंपनियों के छह छह माह पुराने सामान हम खा रहे हैं जबकि हम जानते है कि खाने को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए उसमें प्रिजर्वेटिव मिलाया जाता है।
6 डेढ़ माह के लाक डाऊन मे सबको समझ आ गया होगा कि बाहर के खाने के बिना भी हमारा जीवन चल सकता हैं बल्कि बेहतर चल सकता है।
